Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 5, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website and client portal operated by ContraPro Visa Consultancy ("ContraPro", "we", "us"). By using our services you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide visa consultancy: eligibility assessment, document preparation, application submission support, and follow-up. We are consultants — we do not issue visas, and no consultant can guarantee a specific outcome from any embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

2. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents.
  • Respond promptly to requests for information, signatures, or fees.
  • Attend biometrics, interviews, and appointments as scheduled.
  • Notify us immediately of changes to your circumstances (address, employment, marital status, travel plans).

Submitting false or misleading information may cause your application to be refused and may result in bans imposed by immigration authorities. ContraPro is not liable for outcomes caused by inaccurate information provided by the client.

3. Fees, invoices & payment plans

  • Consultancy fees are quoted per case and confirmed on your invoice before work begins.
  • Government, embassy, VFS/VAC, courier, translation, and medical fees are separate and payable in addition to our consultancy fee.
  • Where a payment plan is offered, all instalments must be completed before your case moves to final submission.
  • Discounts and promotional pricing apply only to the invoice on which they are recorded.

4. Refunds

Government, embassy, VFS/VAC, courier, translation, and medical fees are not refundable once paid to the third party. Consultancy fees are refundable only for work that has not yet been performed. A visa refusal by an embassy or consulate does not by itself entitle you to a refund of fees for services already delivered.

5. Client portal accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts used in breach of these terms or applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or portal — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, uploading malicious files, forging documents, or interfering with other users. We may remove content and terminate access for violations.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the website (text, branding, layouts, documents we author) is owned by ContraPro or its licensors and is provided solely for your use of our services. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it for competing purposes without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ContraPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for visa outcomes determined by third-party authorities. Our total liability for any claim related to a case is limited to the consultancy fees actually paid to us for that case.

9. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites (embassies, VFS, payment providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
